Delete your Pawsitive Life account
Pawsitive Life is developed by SmerDev Studio LLC. You can permanently delete your account from the app or request deletion from the web. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.
Delete from the app
- Open Pawsitive Life and sign in.
- Open Profile, then choose Edit Profile.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the permanent deletion.
- If prompted, sign in again so the app can verify your recent login.
Request deletion from the web
Email us from the address connected to your Pawsitive Life account. Include “Pawsitive Life account deletion request” and the account email address. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send your password or payment information.
What is deleted
- Your Firebase sign-in account and private Pawsitive Life profile.
- Pet profiles, health and activity records, walks, meals, reminders, and appointments.
- Community contributions and the limited public profile connected to your account.
- User-scoped photos, documents, and other uploaded files stored by Pawsitive Life.
What may be retained
Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, payment providers, or SmerDev Studio may retain limited purchase, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, tax, or legally required records under their own policies and applicable law. These records are not used to restore your deleted Pawsitive Life profile. Cancel an active subscription separately in your app-store subscription settings.
Account deletion is permanent. If you return later, you will need to create a new account and previously deleted pet-care data cannot be recovered.
